BRETT BOREING, Director of Sales & Marketing
Brett brings 12-years of Independent Luxury Hotel experience to The Driskill Hotel. He is an active member of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International and the American Diabetes Association. With the chronicled history and storied past of The Driskill, Brett has quickly adopted the role of resident historian and paranormal expert.
LINDA MAURER, Director of Sales
Linda is a 19-year veteran in the City of Austin and the luxury hospitality industry. Currently on a nine year stint with The Driskill Hotel, she was named Director of Sales in 2010 as a direct result of her leadership, dedication and salesmanship. She is the acting President of the Austin chapter of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International. In her free time, Linda enjoys running the trails of Austin and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
THOMAS BELTON, Sales Manager
Tommy's father, a hospitality veteran, was instrumental in inspiring him to pursue a career in the industry. As a native Austonian, he's in tune with the local music scene as a contributing member of an up and coming band. He's a Charter and Committee Member of the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce and an Ambassador and active member of the Young Men's Business League of Austin.
CHRISTY CAFFREY, Sales Manager, CMP
Christy has been in the event industry for more than ten years and has enjoyed working on both sides of the planning spectrum. She is actively involved in the International Society of Event Specialists and the Women's Chamber of Commerce. She's a proud member of The Driskill team, long having aspirations of working for such a storied property.
RACHEL DAVIES, Group Sales Analysis Manager, CNSA
Rachel's first visit to the US was in pursuit of her career and her first stop was Austin, Texas. As the sales team most tenured leader with 11 years at The Legendary Driskill, this UK native provides a wealth of knowledge and experience. She's a graduate of the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies and a member of both the Institute of Hospitality and the Lawn Tennis Association.
NATALIE MEYERSICK, Sales Process Coordinator
Natalie has been with The Driskill for four years and has worked in the hospitality industry for nine years in various capacities. She sits on the board of the Austin Concierge & Guest Services Association and is an active member of Keep Austin Beautiful. In her spare time, she takes in the sounds at one of the many local music venues.
SCOTT ERTRESVAAG, Catering & Conference Services Manager, PWC
Scott has worked the wedding market in Austin for 10 years and is a founding member of the Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Professionals.
