The Driskill Hotel's famous holiday brunch offering on the Mezzanine includes lavish salad and seafood displays; omelet, waffle and crepe stations; entrees such as herb-crusted turkey, baked ham, red snapper, grilled chicken breast and prime rib with all the traditional sides; and an amazing presentation of delicious desserts. A special buffet is offered for children.

Thanksgiving Evening Dinner

Celebrate Thanksgiving before the big game with dinner in the Driskill Grill, where Chef Jonathan Gelman presents a five-course "Chef's Tasting Menu" that includes truffled pumpkin soup, cinnamon-dusted duck breast, diver scallops, dijon-crustes lamp chops and traditional maple roasted turkey served with mustard spaetzle, cranberry compote and perigourdine gravy.
