Driskill Executive Pastry Chef, Tony Sansalone, can truly be classified as an artist. Tony baked his first cookies in the family kitchen in Italy and later received formal training at the American Culinary Federation in Palm Beach, FL. Following several years with prestigious resorts in South Florida, Tony launched his career with Four Seasons Hotels. This lead Tony to Austin where his artistic and delicious work earned a huge following. Tony has been the Driskill Pastry Master since 2007. Tony never ceases to amaze any bride, groom, or passer-by with his jaw dropping creations. The Catering team has touted that Tony can do any design, shape, color really anything.
