Each year thousands of eager music enthusiasts make the trek to the Austin’s most picturesque green space, Zilker Park, to partake in a three day long festival that showcases some of the brightest stars in the music biz. In addition to non-stop live entertainment across multiple stages, ACL Festival offers visitor’s a taste of Austin life in a true Texas style.  Here are a few tidbits to look out for at this weekend’s event:

Score ACL gear and goodies: Visit the ACL Festival Satellite Shop located at 210 Guadalupe St just a block from the Republic Square Shuttle Station. This pop-up shop will be open all weekend from 10AM-11PM and Monday the day after from 10AM-9PM.

Store the gear and goodies: Shed the extra baggage at the American Airlines bag and chair check inside the festival daily.

Snag a great poster: Drop of 10 non-perishable food items at the Art that Feeds Food Drive located at the Barton Springs entrance. H-E-B grocery store will be matching every item donated and food will be distributed by The Capital Area Food Bank.

Entertain the Kiddos: Swing by H-E-B’s Austin Kiddie Limits for karaoke, hip-hop workshops and fake tattoos galore for your favorite little rock star. 

Hydrate: CamelBak Filling Stations will be conveniently located throughout the park offering free, filtered H2O.
