It’s officially springtime in Austin! Wildflowers are blooming, the days are getting longer, and store shelves are filling with chocolates, candies and bright colored baskets as the countdown to Easter begins.

Here at The Driskill, we love celebrating a special occasion with great food and family. And when it comes to Easter, there’s no better way to celebrate than with brunch. It’s our favorite Easter tradition, and we’d love to spend it with you at one of the several brunch settings we offer. 

If you’re looking for a truly memorable experience, look no further than The Driskill Grill’s Inaugural Champagne Easter Brunch. Our Chef de Cuisine Skyler Golden has prepared a four-course menu that offers a sophisticated new take on those classic brunch favorites we all love. The menu features Lemoncello Cured Salmon, Smoked Texas Axis Venison Benedict, Maine Lobster “BLT,” and a Cast Iron Seared Bread Pudding. You won’t want to miss this.

And of course no brunch would be complete without a little bubbly, so each four-course menu includes Moët et Chandon “Imperial” Champagne.

The Champagne Easter brunch is $80 per adult, and will be served from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, 2014. Reservations are highly recommended. Please call us at 512-391-7227.

For a fun, family friendly experience, join us in The Victorian Room as we host a buffet-style brunch that includes champagne, and classic favorites everyone is sure to love. The Victorian Room Easter Brunch can be enjoyed for $55 per adult, $27 for children ages 6-12, and is free for children under 6. Reservations are required and can be made by calling us at 512-391-7227.

If casual is more your style, please join us at the 1886 Café and Bakery. We’ll be offering our a la carte brunch menu from 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., no reservation required.
